Hello everyone,
With the recent changes in our community leadership, I believe it's the best time for us to discuss and nominate individuals who are native english speaker and would be suitable for the role of b-crat administrators.
Please feel free to recommend others or self-nominate if you believe you have the skills and dedication to contribute positively to our community. Let's ensure that our administration reflects the consensus of NFS Wiki and works effectively for all members and fans.
Looking forward to your nominations and suggestions!
It's a nice proposal to select two bureaucrat, along with several admins and other positions like rollbacker threadhandler.
Good luck,
Lory Huang

To all users of NFS wiki:
I draw out a proposal to change the powers of the Bureaucrat User:LeMansRacer of the NeedForSpeed Wiki and to elect for bureaucrat(s) and admin(s) who are not aligned with the same faction or viewpoint. This proposal may include freezing his powers, voting for another English user to become a bureaucrat, and voting to remove his authority. The creation of this proposal has been consulted with staff, and they have approved for posting in proper place. The reasons are listed below. This post does not address any misconduct by the admin on other wikis he manages. If necessary, please create a separate post to address those issues, without any specific order.
* The involved administrator arbitrarily reverted my edit that hid a private YouTube video link, making it posted again, and adamantly denied that it was an issue with the user.
* No warning was given before banning the user, blocked my message wall later without prior notice which was regarded as inappropriate by User:Winston Sung and there was no explanation provided for extending the ban, which violates the rule stating, Community members must be treated with respect. Abusing admin status to harass other community members or overusing blocking power will not be tolerated, as mentioned in the Wiki Rules and Blocking Policy.
* Banning the user in bad faith without a concrete rule is an attempt to suppress dissent. He banned me for the second time, citing the vague reason of just a complaint, and I remained blocked until I contacted the staff. This block violates the rule stating, Community members must be treated with respect. Abusing admin status to harass other community members or overusing blocking power will not be tolerated, as mentioned in the Wiki Rules and Blocking Policy.
* The bureaucrat rolled back all of my edits within a few minutes, which could be considered harassment. This included edits in the template namespace, and he claimed they were not valid contribs, even though the template had been approved by a wiki representative as acceptable.
* Another Chinese member was banned for an unproven reason, even though all they did was add a Chinese interwiki link, which was nothing valid. The bureaucrat ignored their contributions and updated the page himself. When I reverted his edit, he told me to "check the update" and then rolled it back, protecting the page which is equivalent to that only he could edit it.
* He imposed a limit on many articles to exclusively use British English and arrogantly told dissenting users that they were too late to contribute to the discussion. Furthermore, he changed the link color to his preference, which was unnecessary and potentially unfriendly for users with visual impairments.
**Do not play favorites. All editors should be given the opportunity to learn and grow in the community which mentioned in the Wiki Rules and Blocking Policy.
* He has persuaded me to stop participating in this wiki and has consistently labeled me a so-called "bad faith editor."
**Do not shut out the opinions of other users. Everyone in the community should feel encouraged and empowered to speak up and engage in reasonable discussions about topics that pertain to the wiki, even if their opinions differ from that of an administrator which mentioned in the Wiki Rules and Blocking Policy.
<blockquote>
Common reasons why a bureaucrat needs to go in How_to_Deal_With_a_Bad_Bureaucrat:
*They suppress opinions they don’t like, e.g. by deleting discussions and blocking users who criticize them
*They block users without warning and for unacceptable reasons
*They refuse to talk about what they could be doing better

On the Nintendo 3DS and Wii NFS: The Run has a totally different storyline.
From the reward of The Run being $25M on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC and $1M on Nintendo to the protagonist and characters being totally different, for example instead of being Jack Rourke it's Matt on Nintendo and there is a certain Sophia di Marco that totally isn't mentioned in the Console and PC version.
Can somebody explain why this 2 versions are so different?
I know that the Caprice PPV was going to make it's NFS debut in Rivals before being cut but EA should add it to the next game, the Tahoe has yet to be in NFS in the games but though it did appear in the NFS movie, I also have ideas for both the cops & racers the Pontiac G8 GXP, & the Chevrolet SS as both cars are also built on the same platform as the Caprice PPV, the 2010 Camaro SS, and the 2012 Camaro ZL1.
okay so I missed the Porsche anniversary race now in my game it keeps popping up with a car that I cannot buy and I wonder if I buy the vol 4 catch up will it give me the Porsche taycan turbo s because I don't like the Porsche 911 or that other car they're giving away
Hlo there, I m amazed by the custom interactive map features and filters in this wiki so I wanted to make one for our wiki too. But I have to idea how to do that. Therefore any help from your side will be appreciated.
I need fast ways to get the buggati veyron 16.4 I'm a LVL 9 offender 2 if you have any tips I would greatly appreciate it thanks 🚗 ☁️
So I have the deluxe edition with the K.S. edition Evo's and was wondering...
Should I spend more time upgrading my stock Nissan 240 or would it be better to use the DLC cars as I level up in rep? What's the best way to spend my winnings?
Mine was NFS III: Hot Pursuit on PS1.
I played NFS Heat and let me tell you, the game is peaches and cream at day but at night? Oh my God, it's so stressful to earn rep at night. I have been trying so freaking hard to rack up rep to unlock performance upgrades and every time I reach Heat level 5, I get very nervous cuz I know that I have a 50/50 chance escaping the cops but I keep getting my ass handed by these shitheads! Like, how in the hell are their cars so freaking fast? How in the hell are they keeping up with me that damn well? The cops are just ridiculously OP in Heat, I swear. I thought that cops in Rivals were bad but Heat's cops are the worst of the franchise. I know this game is 4 years old but I just wanted to get this off of my chest. I have stopped playing Heat cuz what's the point trying to get rep when I know that I'll lose all of it in the end? I dare someone say to me that I have a "skill issue" cuz I don't.

I wanna ask about customizing the license plate on the extra cars i got in deluxe edition upgrade. anyone know about that
I hope we get another Hot Pursuit 2010 and Rivals style game where we can be both cops & speeders. This game must be both online and offline especially if you want to progress through the story, and chase street racers in offline play in free roam something never done in NFS. I like the free roaming cops that Most Wanted (2005) introduced Hot Pursuit never introduced AI speeders in free roam at all should this be included? As for the story should there be more than one set of protagonists one set who are cops not just out to only stop illegal street racers but also bust corrupt cops within the police force, while the street racing protagonists not only have to avoid the cops but also have to not only take on the corrupt cops but also their own street racers who are either working with the corrupt cops or one of the racers has to take down the racer antagonist as they have done them wrong.

In Need for Speed: Road Challenge, there are some songs mentioned in the credits under "CREDITS - TAIWAN" and "CREDITS - KOREA" sections, however there aren't in the game at all. Not in the main menu, not during races, not listed in the game options, not even in the game files.

Could somebody please explain this?
I never understood why the main characters get a really bad AI in races, like i was replaying nfs heat and i noticed that characters that talk to us,normaly are in last,i never understood that, and yes i was at the hardest dificulty.
I know Need For Speed Rivals' Ten year anniversary is coming up in november, but god dammit i love this game. Except- whenever i find some friends in discord, its almost always a problem of them having a different platform.
So. I'm looking for some people on ps4 around the australian timezone to play with me. Also ive made youtube videos on this game and i would love to make more for that 10th aniversary.
Thank you, and this is my very first post on fandom.
So, in my opinion. NFS: The Run is the most underrated game in the series. Played it 9 years ago [2014] , must say that it was good as i remember. The customization is not as good as MW 05's, and it didnt have Free Roam but it was still kind of a game. It also had a storyline, which you can see on Wikipedia or YouTube. [i can't tell because its too long.] Overall, it was great for its time. Comment what you think about The Run.
