14th and Vine Construction is a drag in Need for Speed: Underground.
It takes place in Olympic City's downtown area through 14th Avenue and Vine Street.
In its forward configuration, it ends alongside a railway crossing featuring a small ramp, which racers can use to pass over a moving train.

Its two variations can be unlocked by progressing through Underground Mode:
- Forward: Win event #20 - "Saturday Night Drive".
- Reverse: Win event #9 - "All Go, No Show!".
