The 175 hp 4.6L V8 engine is an engine swap available in Need for Speed: Heat.
It can be fitted into various cars and can be upgraded to produce up to 1,145 hp from its stock 175 hp.
It is unlocked at Reputation Level 23
and can be purchased from the garage for 
26,000. Even though the engine is taken from the Chevrolet C10 Sidestep Pickup '65, players are not required to own the donor car to purchase and equip the engine.
