The 327 hp 2.6L I6 is unlocked in Need for Speed: Heat as an engine swap option once the player reaches REP LVL 19 and can be purchased from the garage for NFSHE Icon Bank65,000.

Even though the engine is taken from the Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec '99, players are not required to own the donor car to purchase and equip the engine.

It can be upgraded to produce up to 712 hp (524 kW) from its stock 327 hp (241 kW).
