911 Turbo Challenge is the sixth Golden Era event in the Evolution mode for the PC release of Need for Speed: Porsche Unleashed.

It is unlocked after the player completes the previous tournament, 944 Cup, which advances the in-game year to 1988.
Briefing[]
Porsche sets the new benchmark in high performance engine technology with the new 911 Turbo. This tournament is open to both models of this very fast and responsive turbocharged car, the 1975 3.0 and 1978 3.3 L.

Completing the event in first place rewards the player with 60,000 cash, as well as unlocking the final Golden Era event in the Evolution Mode, the Golden Era Club Races, the Modern Era, and three cars. Additionally, the player will receive a prize after every completed leg, depending on their achieved place and safe bonus.
