9th & Frey is a sprint course in Need for Speed: Underground.
It links Olympic City's Stadium area with Port Royal.
It passes through the Stadium, unpaved alleyway and collapsed bridge, 6th Avenue, inner city's construction site, Atlantica, and the Spillway canal.

Its two variations can be unlocked by progressing through Underground Mode:
- Forward: Win event #26 - "Keep Them Coming".
- Reverse: Win event #34 - "Sleeper Shootout".
