In contrast other versions of the MiTo, the QV received performance enhancements such as a new suspension, transmission and the strongest 1.4L MultiAir engine.

The MiTo QV appears in the Terminal Velocity Pack DLC for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 releases of Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2012).
