- Neither the ambulance's siren or lights function.
- In Need for Speed: Most Wanted, Need for Speed: Carbon, and Need for Speed: World, it has a "Rapid City" insignia, but it has a "Tri City" insignia in Need for Speed: Undercover.
- In early builds of Need for Speed: Most Wanted, the ambulance appeared in some drag events.
- In Need for Speed: Carbon, it would have appeared in Fortuna[2], and the wheels of the ambulance are black in colour as, while they have corresponding textures, there is no material applied to the wheels.
