It differs from the coupé with the difference of having no sideblades along with a modified body and chassis.

The Spyder appears in Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010) as a Super class Racer vehicle like its coupé counterpart. It is not available as an SCPD unit.
It is unlocked upon collecting 136,750 Bounty points. In terms of performance, it is very similar to the coupé.
