The 2018 BMW M5 (F90) is a sports saloon car developed by BMW as the performance model of the F90 generation 5 Series.
Among the most significant changes for this model includes the use of an all-wheel drive system, the first of the non-SUV M models.
The same system offers drivers the ability to switch from an all-wheel drive mode to an all-wheel drive sport mode where more power will be sent to the rear wheels, and a two-wheel drive mode where all power will be sent to the rear wheels.
The car is also offered with semi-autonomous driver assists found in regular 5 Series models.
