Bugatti is a French high-performance cars manufacturer founded in 1909 by Ettore Bugatti. The company built some of the fastest, most exclusive and luxurious cars in the world before World War II such as the Type 57 and Type 35 racing cars.
The aftermath of World War II led the company to bankruptcy. The name Bugatti was later used once again by Romano Artioli for the creation of the EB110. Volkswagen later acquired the brand name and produced the Bugatti Veyron 16.4.
