"Chad's New Toy" is event #93 of Underground Mode in Need for Speed: Underground.
It is offered alongside event #92: "Drift Duel" after the player beats event #91: "Eddie's Posse Part 1".
Beating both events allows the player to proceed to event #94: "Into the Fire".

The player is invited to a sprint race against Chad and his new car.
