The 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 is a 2-door coupe manufactured by Chevrolet, and a performance package option for the 1967 model year facelift of the first generation Chevelle.
The SS, or "Super Sport", continued in 1967 as its own Chevelle series - the SS 396 - with both sport coupe and convertible body options.
A 375 hp version of the 396 cu. inch V8 was dropped from the options list until late in the model year, although it later returned with 612 examples being sold.
