It is the fourth part of the Rival Challenge event against Blacklist #1 - Razor - within the career mode.
Route
The route starts near the Rosewood College Campus and leads south through Downtown Rosewood.
Trivia
- The route appears to be similar to Diamond, which is the second part of the Rival Challenge event with Blacklist #12 - Izzy, and Switchback, the second part of the Rival Challenge event with Blacklist #11 - Big Lou, except the route goes around the campus.
