She works as a police officer for the Street Racing Unit of the Rockport Police Department along with Sergeant Cross.

Cross' partner is constantly seen accompanying him in all cutscene appearances. During the prologue of Need for Speed: Most Wanted, she knocks the player to the floor and arrests them. Cross' partner also appears in the epilogue, where she is authorised by Cross to assign every police unit in the Rockport Police Department to pursue the player.
