The Charger SRT8 is available in the final release to players whom have obtained the codes for the car from a Slim Jim product as part of a promotion. It is a multiplayer-only car unlocked on SpeedLevel 1.

The 2012 Charger SRT8 appears in Need for Speed: Rivals as an RCPD unit. It can be made available for the RCPD in a Patrol, Undercover and Enforcer specification upon the player completing the Rank 0 tutoral assignment.
Need for Speed: No Limits
The 2012 Charger SRT8 appears in Need for Speed: No Limits as a police vehicle.
