"Drift to the 9's" is event #33 of Underground Mode in Need for Speed: Underground.
It is offered after the player beats events #31: "Outtasite!" and #23: "World of Hurt".
Winning the event allows the player to proceed to events #34 and #35 of Underground Mode: "Sleeper Shootout" and "Earn Your Stripes".
