Durham Road is a course featured in Need for Speed: High Stakes.
Course[]
It takes place in England in all releases, except for the Australian releases in which the route takes place in Australia.
It is available from the beginning in the PC release as well as the European, Australian, and Brazilian PlayStation releases, but is unlocked after finishing in the top three of the Regional Club Circuit in the American and Japanese PlayStation releases.
The course is set in the countryside along tight roads, under a raised motorway, across a dual-carriageway, past multiple farms and through various small villages.
The police vehicles patrolling the course in Hot Pursuit are the BMW M5 and Lamborghini Diablo SV in both releases, along with the Porsche 911 Turbo in the PlayStation release.
In the Australian release, the HSV SV99 will patrol in the PC release with the HSV GTS (VT) and BMW M5 patrolling instead in the PlayStation release, but the Lamborghini Diablo SV will pursue in both Australian releases.
