Eva Torres is a character that appears in Need for Speed: Heat.

She worked as a member of the High-Speed Task Force of the Palm City Police Department led by her lieutenant Frank Mercer and corrupt police officer Danny Shaw to stop the underground street racing scene that occurs in Palm City at night.
As one of the Task Force’s senior officers, Torres is a much needed cool head in Mercer’s inner circle. Determined to keep their nefarious dealings under wraps, Torres works from the sidelines to lead her force away from exposure, and to ensure her own survival.
