The 2019 Ferrari 488 Pista (F142M) is a mid-engine V8 supercar produced by Ferrari.

It was unveiled at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, as a track toy variant of the 488 GTB, and was followed by a new front facelift incorporating new ducts in the front bumper to direct air through a large vent in the hood, which creates additional downforce over the nose at high-speed.

Other changes include a new rear diffuser shared with the 488 GTE, alongside a spider variant was unveiled at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.
