Hoods

Hoods are a selection of visual upgrades featured in Need for Speed: Underground 2.

Hoods are also available in carbon-fibre trim that offer higher Star Ratings than regular ones. Car Specialties Shops offer Split Hood upgrades that open in two parts. The Graphics Shop allows players to apply vinyls on stock hoods.

In Stage 2 of the career mode, the player may select one of two unique Hood upgrades after winning four Outrun Races.
