Spinners are a selection of visual upgrades featured in Need for Speed: Underground 2.

Spinners are a type of hubcap that spin by themselves in the wheel while the vehicle is in motion and even continue to spin after the vehicle has stopped via momentum.

They give the player more star rating on their current car than regular rims do, which can help in magazine offers.
