The 1969 Ford Mustang Mach I Cobra Jet (Gen. 1) is a a performance-oriented option package for the Mustang pony car, and was introduced by Ford for the 1969 model year.

The Ford Mustang Mach I was made available with an optional 429 cubic inch (7.0L) Cobra Jet/Super Cobra Jet V8 engine rated at 335 bhp in addition to the standard choices.

Also available was the "Ram Air" option, distinguishable by its two-tone hood paint treatment in either matte black or argent (matte silver), which coordinated with the decals and striping.
