The Ford Mustang RTR is a dealer-installed package designed by Vaughn Gittin Jr., who also took part in the development of the Ford Mustang RTR-X.

The package encompasses Ford Racing goods such as Falken FK-452 tyres, high-flow filter and suspension for the 2011 Ford Mustang GT.

It also includes RTR emblems, stickers, floor mats and shifter knob and a number of spoilers and 19x9.5-inch rims.


Need for Speed: The Run

The Mustang RTR appears in Need for Speed: The Run as a tier 2 car that is unlocked after beating 15 Objectives in the Muscle Car Playlist.

It produces 422 bhp at 6,500 rpm, is capable of reaching 155 mph (249 km/h), and has a "challenging" handling rating.

NFS Edition

The tier 4 NFS Edition is unlocked after earning a gold medal in all Coastal Rush challenge series events.

It produces 560 bhp at 6,500 rpm, goes from 0 to 60 in 4.8 seconds, is capable of reaching 190 mph (307 km/h), and has a "challenging" handling rating.
