It is a prerequisite race event for challenging Blacklist #13 - Vic - within the career mode. Along with Diamond & State, it is one of the first Speedtrap events players may encounter in the game.
Route
Players must accumulate their total speed by passing through five speedtraps located within various districts in Rosewood. The route starts at the Forest Green Country Club and ends in Heritage Heights.
