Highway 99 & Highlands is a Tollbooth event that appears in Need for Speed: Most Wanted.

It is a prerequisite race event for challenging Blacklist #13 - Vic - within the career mode.

Route

Players start along Highway 99 near Forest Green Country Club and pass three tollbooths along the highway until reaching Campus Interchange in Heritage Heights.
