Joe Vega - better known as "JV" - is one of the antagonists of Need for Speed: Most Wanted.

JV is the fourth Blacklist member and possesses a pearl green Dodge Viper SRT-10 with a unique stripe vinyl.

Like the rest of the Blacklist, JV will be arrested by the Rockport Police Department prior to the end of the storyline.

Bio

I don't how JV does it, man. His nights are spent in the clubs and days on the streets. This guy's got a lot of street rep. Cops hate him and racers want to be like him. His flash green Dodge Viper has cops swarming around it all the time.

Events

To race JV, the player needs to complete 7 races, 5 milestone events and accumulate 4,050,000 bounty. Players will receive 100,000 bounty upon completing a pursuit milestone and 76,000 bounty for each speed camera.

After defeating JV in his last race, the player will win $54,000 and may select multiple reward cards.
