Joe Vega - better known as "JV" - is one of the antagonists of Need for Speed: Most Wanted.

JV is the fourth Blacklist member and possesses a pearl green Dodge Viper SRT-10 with a unique stripe vinyl.

Like the rest of the Blacklist, JV will be arrested by the Rockport Police Department prior to the end of the storyline.

Events

To race JV, the player needs to complete 7 races, 5 milestone events and accumulate 4,050,000 bounty. Players will receive 100,000 bounty upon completing a pursuit milestone and 76,000 bounty for each speed camera.

After defeating JV in his last race, the player will win $54,000 and may select multiple reward cards.

• The theme song for JV's biography video is an instrumental cover of "Let's Move" by The Perceptionists.
• JV drives a white Ford GT with blue flames and the letters "JV" on the hood in Need for Speed: Most Wanted 5-1-0.
• Although he has an "O.Z." decal on his Viper's hood, it has 20" BBS wheels.
• JV has a unique boss race start line; instead of being side by side, the cars face each other across an intersection.
