"Jose's Got Your Back" is event #1 of Underground Mode in Need for Speed: Underground.
It is the first circuit event of Underground Mode and is offered alongside five other events:
- Event #2: "Last One There Is A Rotten Egg"
- Event #3: "It's All About Style And Finesse"
- Event #4: "The Perfect Shift"
- Event #5: "Last Place Is A Bad Place To Be"
Winning all five events allows the player to proceed to event #6, the first tournament of Underground Mode: "Rookie Tournament".
Synopsis[]
Jose contacts the player to enter their first circuit event after hearing about them from Samantha. He welcomes the player to the street racing scene but wants to test their racing ability.
