He is a minor antagonist and member of The Eastsiders. The player must race against Kurt in order to climb up the Circuit ranking board.
The player will first encounter Kurt in event 32 of Underground Mode - 'World of Hurt'. He makes his last appearance in event 106 '#1 Racer', and completing the event will make the player the leader of the Circuit ranking board.
Kurt drives an Acura RSX Type-S during his first race events. Starting with event 95 'Kurt's Killer Ride', he will drive a Mazda RX-7.
