The Lamborghini Asterion is a concept plug-in hybrid car from Lamborghini. It is lamborghini's first hybrid car.
The Asterion was launched in 2014 at the Paris Motor Show. With a V10 powereplant and 3 electric motors this sporty little gran tourer is capable of 0-60 in under 3 seconds.
The lithium ion batteries add an additional 250kg to the cars overall weight, the electric system alone produces 296 hp. On battery alone this hybrid is capable of a top speed of 125 km/h (77.6 mph) and a range of 50km (31 miles).
