The 2005 Lamborghini Gallardo is an all-wheel drive sports car manufactured by Lamborghini.

It is the first of the company's road cars to be equipped with a V10 engine, as well as the first entry model since the Jalpa, which was discontinued in 1988.

The design is based on a stylistic proposal from Italdesign-Giugiaro, but further developed by Lamborghini's designers to include key points of the company's design philosophy.

Introduced in 2003, the first model in the Gallardo series was built until 2005. For the 2006 model year its power output was increased, and it would be produced until being replaced by the LP 560-4 in 2008.

The Gallardo appears in Need for Speed: Most Wanted.

It is well suited for pursuits and races, as it is very agile through corners and can keep up with higher performance cars when modified with high-performance upgrades.

Stock

The stock Gallardo is unlocked through the Career mode upon the player defeating Blacklist Rival #6: Hector "Ming" Domingo.

Upon being unlocked, it can be purchased in the Career mode from a Car Lot for 120,000 cash, and it can be selected for customisation in My Cars.

Hector "Ming" Domingo's

Hector "Ming" Domingo drives a customised Gallardo, which is made available as a Bonus car for use in Quick Race or multiplayer after he is defeated in the Career mode. It can not be selected for customisation in My Cars.

It can be added to the player's garage in the Career mode as a possible pink slip reward from one of three mystery Bonus Markers offered after defeating Blacklist Rival #6: Hector "Ming" Domingo.

Challenge Series (Yellow)

A custom yellow Gallardo is offered in the Challenge Series and can be driven in two events:

• #19 - Tollbooth Time Trial: Complete "Bristol & Route 55" in less than four minutes and five seconds.
• #20 - Pursuit Length: Evade a Heat Level 3 pursuit after more than seven minutes.

It can not be unlocked for use in any events or game modes outside of its two Challenge Series events.

Challenge Series (Lime)

A custom green Gallardo is offered in the Challenge Series and can be driven in two events:

• #68 - Pursuit length: Evade a Heat Level 5 pursuit after more than thirty minutes.

It can not be unlocked for use in any events or game modes outside of its two Challenge Series events.
