"Loud And Proud" is event #28 of Underground Mode in Need for Speed: Underground.
It is offered after the player beats event #26: "Keep Them Coming" alongside two other events:
- Event #27: "Wrong Place, Right Time"
- Event #29: "Scouting Report"
Winning all three events allows the player to proceed to event #30, the fifth tournament of Underground Mode: "Dead Calm".

The player is invited to a drift event to prove their skills and win a new set of muffler tip options.
