It is offered alongside event #51: "Deal Yourself a Straight Hand" after the player beats event #49: "National Rail Knockout" and event #50: "Sliding Made Easy".
Beating both events allows the player to proceed to three events:
- Event #53: "Go Jose"
- Event #54: "Mad Dash"
- Event #55: "All The Eyes Are On You"
