The McLaren P1 is a hybrid hypercar from McLaren and successor to the McLaren F1.

375 production examples were built between 2013 and December 2015, with each unit taking around 800 hours to build.

The twin-turbo V8 produces 727 bhp and 531 lb-ft with an electric motor adding an extra 176 bhp and 192 lb-ft. It is joined by a seven-speed SSG dual-clutch transmission.

It is unlocked for the racer faction upon the player completing any of the SpeedLists offered at rank 20. Once unlocked, it can be purchased for 410,000 SpeedPoints.

The P1 appears in Need for Speed: No Limits as a reward for completing the special event "Underworld" that ran from April 19 to April 27, 2017. It is in the Hyper class and the starting performance rating is 781.


The P1 appears as a police vehicle in "Devil's Run: Wolf Country" special event.

Need for Speed: Payback

The P1 appears in Need for Speed: Payback following a brief appearance in the Welcome to Fortune Valley trailer[2] released on September 26, 2017.


It is unlocked for purchase from the drag, drift, and race class dealerships upon completing four questlines in chapter 5 - High Stakes.

The P1 appears in Need for Speed: Heat following an article, revealing it to be part of the game's official car list, was published[3][4] on August 19, 2019, and appears in the NFS: Heat Studio app as part of container 9, which was released on October 15, 2019.
