"Mistakes Are Costly" is event #99 of Underground Mode in Need for Speed: Underground.
It is offered alongside event #97: "Draggin' Slayer" and event #98: "Circuit Dustoff" after the player beats event #96: "Mods to the Max".
Beating all three events allows the player to proceed to event #100 of Underground Mode: "Extra Innings".
