Mitsubishi is a Japanese automotive manufacturer founded in 1970 (Parent company Mitsubishi Group was founded in 1870).

The company is generally known for its all-wheel drive cars like the Lancer Evolution and Pajero.

Their cars were sold outside of Japan thanks to a partnership with Chrysler. In the present day, they are released independently, although Mitsubishi continues to provide Chrysler with engines.
