"Mods to the Max" is event #96 of Underground Mode in Need for Speed: Underground.
It is offered after the player beats event #95: "Kurt's Killer Ride".
Beating the event allows the player to proceed to three events:
- Event #97: "Draggin' Slayer"
- Event #98: "Circuit Dustoff"
- Event #99: "Mistakes Are Costly"
Optionally, the player can also choose to decline this event and proceed to the next events instead.

TJ offers the player a chance to earn another unique performance part from a time trial.
