The Most Wanted List in Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2012) features the best racers in Fairhaven City. The player must defeat ten of them in order to become Fairhaven's Most Wanted.
To take a spot in the list, players must race against one of the Most Wanted List racers and collect a certain amount of Speed Points (
). To unlock a rival's car in EasyDrive, players must complete their race successfully and take their rival down.

The Android and iOS release of Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2012) Mobile features a Most Wanted List that the player can climb. The player can challenge each of the top ten vehicles in Fairhaven to a race after earning enough medals from a certain number of career events.
Defeating a rival will unlock their vehicle for purchase in the garage.
