Akira Nakai (中井啓, shortly known as Nakai-san) is the founder of Rauh Welt Begriff, a Japanese tuning shop that is known for its custom bodywork for air cooled Porsche 911 cars. His most famous work is a Porsche 911 Turbo called "Stella Artois".

Nakai-san appears in Need for Speed (2015) as the Build Icon.

After becoming curious about Amy's work, thanks to the efforts by the player, Nakai-san will send them both his car for further inspiration. Nakai will visit Amy's shop after the player has completed all Build missions.

Nakai-san's car is a Porsche 911 Carrera RSR 2.8 that is stylised after his "Stella Artois" 911 Turbo. It is rewarded to the player after completing the mission "A Legend's Wheels".
