Knockout (Arcade)

Knockout (Arcade) is a game mode in the PC release of Need for Speed: High Stakes, which can be played both in single player and multiplayer.

It consists of a series of two-lap races against a full grid of opponents of the same class as the player's car. The last opponent at the end of each race is eliminated, and the winner is the final racer left after all of the others have been knocked out.

Events differ depending on the difficulty selected; Amateur, Pro, or Champion. Players can play it as an alternative way for unlocking the Raceway courses outside of the Career mode.
