Need for Speed: Most Wnted (DS) is a handheld alternative release of Need for Speed: Most Wanted developed by Sensory Sweep Studios for the Nintendo DS and made available in November, 2005.
Gameplay[]
Based on the PC and console rendition, the game has street racing and police pursuits, with heat levels indicated by stars. Players are required to create a profile including their icon selection, as well as signature created with the touchscreen.
Quick Play[]
Quick Play allows for single races, including tollbooth and quick races.
Multiplayer[]
Players can host or join a race with another player.
Career[]
The Career follows the player as they challenge and defeat 15 Blacklist rivals. Progressing through the career unlocks more vehicles and upgrades to existing cars.
Safehouse[]
Players can view, buy, or customise their cars. Performance upgrades include engine, turbo, transmission, chassis, and brakes, whilst visual upgrades include body kit, rims, vinyl, decals and paint.
Blacklist[]
Players has to defeat 15 Blacklist rivals, each containing different events of varying race disciplines; time trial, circuit, point to point, lap knockout, and barricade. Beating them unlocks a challenge against each Blacklist rival.
