Need for Speed: Payback features a series of achievements for the Xbox One release, a series of trophies for the PlayStation 4 release, and a series of Origin Achievements for the PC release.

Steam achievements were made available for the Steam release on August 24, 2020, and Epic Games Store achievements were made available for the Epic Games Store release on March 28, 2024.
