Lindsay is a roaming racer in Need for Speed: Payback. They're a crew member of the One Percent Club; a racing street league lead by Natalia Nova.
The location of a roaming racer is not revealed to the player until they're discovered driving around Fortune Valley. Discovering a roaming racer will highlight their arrow on the player's map, and will also allow them to challenge that racer to an outrun.
Either Tyler, Mac, or Jess can challenge a roaming racer to an outrun using any car class.

Objective[]
Discovering a roaming racer will allow the player to challenge them to an outrun. During an outrun, both the player and the roaming racer attempt to earn 100 points as they race against each other along a highlighted route.
The racer in first will earn points based on how far ahead they are of their rival, and the winner is the first racer to earn a total of 100 points.
Reward[]
Defeating a roaming racer in an outrun will increase their rank; Rookie, Pro, and Veteran. They will increase in rank from rookie to veteran each time they are challenged to an outrun and defeated by the player.
Defeating all three ranks of all four individual roaming members of a street league will uncover the location of the street league's boss, and allow them to be challenged to an outrun by a player. Defeating the boss in an outrun will count as a victory over their street league.
