Developed for J2ME (Java 2 Platform, Micro Edition) by IronMonkey Studios, it was made available on October 31, 2007.[1][2]

Gameplay[]

Players progress through the Career mode, which consists of three events, containing three races each with for the player to finish in first place.

Completing an event rewards the player with cash, unlocks a code for use in the PC/console releases of Need for Speed: ProStreet, and grants access to the next series of events.

Cars[]

Sixteen licenced cars can be unlocked through career progression.

Each car can be upgraded by spending cash on performance upgrades for improved top speed and handling.

Drift[]

Drift mode tasks the player with drifting around corners to build boost and cash. Boost will help when the pressure is on to cross the line first, and boosting into a corner will also start a drift.[3][4]
