The pack was released during Volume 8 - after being previously available as part of the Vol.7 Premium Speed Pass pack for Volume 7 - and, if a player owns the Vol.7 Premium Speed Pass pack, they can alternatively unlock the Ford Mustang Dark Horse (2024) and its three body kits by purchasing the Vol.7 Dynamic Catch-Up Pack.
