Qualifier

A Qualifier in the Story mode of Need for Speed: Unbound.

Each event takes place at the end of weeks one, two, and three, with the fourth week being the Grand.

Each Qualifier is a three event eliminator, witling down participants until only one racer remains and they are deemed the winner. The winner of each Qualifier is given a cash reward as well as a custom car with a unique body kit and livery.

To enter a Qualifier event, the player must meet the buy-in requirements and the required performance tier for their car.

Failing a Qualifier event will return the player to the previous Friday and allow them a day and night session to earn cash, equip upgrades, or tune their cars.

Qualifier 1

Qualifier 1 takes place at the end of Week 1 on Saturday.

Requirements

• Vehicle: 1 Tier A car
• Buy-in: $20,000

• Buy-in: $50,000
