The Palace Edition release of Need for Speed: Unbound is a special bundle including the standard game and additional bonus content.
It is included as part of the EA Play Pro subscription, with those subscribed given early access to Need for Speed: Unbound on November 29, 2022.
It was announced on October 6, 2022 alongside the reveal trailer for Need for Speed: Unbound, highlighting that it will include the standard game and exclusive Palace Skateboards.
A downloadable Palace Upgrade pack was released separately from the bundle, and allows those with the standard game to gain access to Palace Edition content without having to purchase the full price special release.
