Carbon Fibre

Carbon Fibre modifications are a selection of visual upgrades featured in Need for Speed: Underground 2.

Carbon Fibre is available for all Body Shop upgrades except Rims, Headlights and Taillights. Compared to their standard counterparts, Carbon Fibre upgrades give higher Star Rating increases.

Upgrades

Trunk

The Carbon Fibre Trunk upgrade gives a 0.60 Star Rating increase and costs 5,000 credits. It is unlocked upon completing 10 races in Stage 5.

Body Kit

The Carbon Fibre Body Kit upgrade gives a 2.00 Star Rating increase and costs 10,000 credits, making it the most expensive visual upgrade in Underground 2. It is applied to any individual body modification, including Wide Body Kits and stock parts. Players will unlock it upon completing 16 races in Stage 5.
