Car Specialties Shops allow the player to increase their Star Rating with special accessories and interior modifications.

The driveway of each shop is illuminated by yellow street lights. On the minimap, they are shown as yellow dots.

Each visual upgrade is featured as Level 1, 2 or 3 part - the latter having the greatest effect on the Star Rating of a car.
