Custom Doors are visual upgrades featured in Need for Speed: Underground 2. They allow a player's car doors to open non-traditionally. There are two types of custom doors; "Scissor" and "Suicide."
Scissor doors open by rotating at a 90 degree angle vertically rather than at a horizontal direction. Suicide doors open with the hinges found towards the rear of the car rather than the front.
Custom doors can only be used during magazine opportunities.
